Mindfulness offers us this gift of being aware of our present moment just as it is. We can practice letting go of unhelpful habits and thoughts and come back to dwelling in the wonder of the present moment. Each moment we practice mindfulness we nourish our inner strengths and from this space of awareness, we can continue in our next moments with more choices opening up to us.
