Starting gently and working up to a dynamic yoga practice, linking breath and movement; in a flow. This yoga style moves through sequences that are physically challenging, building core strength and stamina whilst improving flexibility. Deeply relaxing; as the practice becomes a movement meditation. Finishing with a tranquil mind mediation.
