'Yoga is an integral part of living a full and happy life both on and off your mat.
Anusara Yoga derives from the traditional Hatha style and I blend slow flows with heart opening postures to cultivate happiness from you centre.
This class will begin with freeing poses and postures that can help you become more balanced, flexible and strong.
We will then delve deeper into the mindful and emotional practices of Yoga to harvest joy in all aspects of daily living.
These classes are small giving you a more personal experience and allowing me to assist you in poses and postures along the way.'
The class is £8 drop-in, with no need to book but if you feel a regular practice is beneficial you can purchase a pack of 6 classes for £40 giving you one for free.
This pack has to be used within 2 months.
